On Wednesday, August 6, the church celebrates the Feast of the Transfiguration, but our world knows the date as the 80th Anniversary of the Nuclear Bombing of Hiroshima. At SJE, we will observe this unsettling confluence with a Requiem Mass for Peace at 6pm.
