Pride Worship Service

We are thrilled to be a part of bringing the first-ever pride festival to Grand Haven! And we are particularly grateful that the festival leaders are inviting us to offer our annual Community Pride Worship Service at 10am on Saturday, June 10, 2023, before the festival kicks off at noon.

If you would like to be a part of our church's support of the Pride Festival, you can donate through this fundraiser: http://sjegh.com/supportprideworship23. You can also make a check out to "St. John's" with "Pride Worship" in the memo line. All funds raised will be donated to the Pride Festival in the name of St. John's Episcopal Church. We are currently a $1,000 level supporter but are hoping to get as high as a $3,000 level supporter to demonstrate our faith community's commitment to Pride. All those who donate through this fundraiser will be listed in the Pride Worship Service Bulletin at the following levels: • $200 and Up – Advocates • $100-$199 – Sponsors • $50-$99 – Allies • Under $50 – Friends

The worship bulletin back page will read, "Donations to this first-ever Grand Haven Pride Festival have been made to the Glory of God and in the name of St. John's Episcopal Church to celebrate all of God's beloved children through today's Pride Worship Service by the following:".
